Hi, I am David Burton.
10 years ago I knew very little about coffee. 10 years on, I know a little bit more. I am slightly obsessed with the little green seeds I turn brown and spend a lot of my waking hours trying to find out more.

I am here to try and make sense of my exploration into all things coffee, from brewing to sourcing right through to roasting. Hopefully, this will be of some interest to the growing army of folk who are choosing to brew better coffee every day.
