Overthinking coffee (it's my job)
I was going to start this newsletter with a detailed overview of my career in coffee. However, I decided against it. You will have to meet me where I am at… (Current;y brewing badly)
I have been searching for a platform to dump my caffeinated brain all over for some time now and a brief conversation with a friend led me to substack. I need a place to offload some of the coffee info that currently takes up a large percentage of my grey matter. Probably in the hope that I won’t forget something important, or maybe because I want a place I can return to should I need it.
I will ramble, I will digress, and I certainly will go into more detail than is needed…
if you have had the pleasure of meeting anyone who is really into coffee then you will definitely know the type of person I am describing. It just so happens I am in the fortunate position of drinking and thinking about coffee for a living. These posts might be a little all over the place at times but hopefully, you might find something of interest here every now and then.
